Ride for the Ridge 2026 is Durham Region’s premier charity cycling fundraising event supporting health care at Lakeridge Health’s community hospitals. Taking place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, the event brings together hundreds of cyclists, community leaders, and health care supporters to ride in support of local hospitals and patient care.
In partnership with the four Lakeridge Health Foundations, Ride for the Ridge invites participants to become “Ridge Riders” and join a passionate community committed to advancing health care close to home. Funds raised support the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation, Bowmanville Hospital Foundation, Lakeridge Health Foundation, and Port Perry Hospital Foundation, helping fund critical hospital programs, equipment, and services that benefit patients and families across Durham Region.
