In this workshop, we will explore power dynamics in the workplace and discuss how we can collectively work to distribute power more equitably to foster greater inclusion. Participants will unpack concepts such as "power over," "power within," and "power with" while investigating the intersections of identity, power, and privilege. Together, we will reflect on the power we may unknowingly hold and the influence we have, gaining deeper awareness and practical strategies to create more balanced and inclusive environments.
