Walk To Make Cystic Fibrosis History – Winnipeg is a community charity walk bringing people together to support progress in cystic fibrosis research and care across Canada. Taking place on Sunday, May 25, the Winnipeg walk begins at 10:00 a.m. CST at Woodhaven Community Centre and welcomes individuals, families, and teams of all ages.
Cystic fibrosis is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting children and young adults in Canada, and there is currently no cure. By walking and fundraising, participants help advance research, strengthen care programs, and honour those impacted by cystic fibrosis. Every step taken supports a future where no one living with CF is left behind.
This is a nationwide event with walk locations across Canada. Participants can find their local province and city and register here.
