The 2026 BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk is a signature charity fundraising event taking place on Sunday, May 3, 2026. This 5 km, family-friendly walk serves as a vital movement for youth mental health, bringing together schools, friends, and community members both in person and virtually across Canada. From coast to coast to coast, participants join forces to ensure that young people always have a safe, reliable place to turn when they need support the most.
By participating in this charity fundraising event, supporters help fund Kids Help Phone, Canada’s only 24/7, national e-mental health service. The funds raised ensure that professional counselors and volunteer crisis responders remain available to answer the call whenever a young person asks, "Can you help me feel better?"
Through this collective effort, the community helps break down barriers to care and provides the resources necessary for youth to thrive. Every step taken and every dollar raised during the BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk helps unlock a future of hope and resilience for the next generation.
