For the youth of Canada who, like us, believe everyone deserves to Feel Out Loud, Kids Help Phone is the ‘Unlock The Hope’ Youth Charity, the Empowering, Trusted Changemaker, that delivers a personalized well-being experience for all youth, so they can thrive in their world, no matter where life takes them.
About Kids Help Phone
Kids Help Phone is Canada’s free, confidential, 24/7 e-mental health service for young people. Through phone, text, and online chat, youth can access support whenever they need it, no matter where they live in Canada.
The organization helps young people navigate challenges related to mental health, relationships, identity, school, stress, discrimination, grief, and crisis situations. Support is available through professional counselling, volunteer-led crisis response, self-guided mental health resources, wellness tools, peer support communities, and service directories that connect youth with local programs and services. Services can be accessed anonymously and are available in multiple languages.
Young people who need immediate support can text CONNECT to 686868 to speak with a trained responder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
