Caribbean African Canadian Social Services (CAFCAN) is a registered Canadian charity that provides culturally responsive support rooted in an Africentric perspective for Caribbean, African, and diaspora communities. Its mission is to deliver holistic social services that enrich lives, promote well-being, and address systemic barriers faced by these communities. CAFCAN aims to be a leader in eliminating anti-Black racism and structural inequalities through inclusive, respectful, and equitable service delivery. Its work is guided by values such as dignity, social justice, integrity, professional excellence, and teamwork, and includes programs like counselling, mentorship, employment support, and family and youth services.
