Samaritan Place is a supportive housing facility located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, operated by the Island Crisis Care Society (ICCS). Opened in March 2022, the four-story building offers 51 studio suites for individuals experiencing homelessness, along with 14 bridge-to-housing beds specifically for women. The facility provides 24/7 wraparound support services, including meals, laundry, and access to mental health and wellness resources. One floor is dedicated to professional homecare support for residents with compromised health, ensuring they receive necessary care in a stable environment.

Beyond housing, Samaritan Place emphasizes holistic support to empower residents towards independence and community reintegration. Programs include life skills training, health clinics, and recreational activities like game nights. The facility also collaborates with local organizations to provide additional services, such as medical and mental health care, and support for income assistance.
