We plant seeds of conservation, curiosity and connection to nature in our community through year-round, hands-on, outdoor nature education and park stewardship.
A world where people embrace their role as a part of nature; sharing and conserving natural spaces and valuing all life.
The High Park Nature Centre is a non-profit organization that invites people of all ages to discover, learn, and connect with the natural world in Toronto’s High Park. Through year-round outdoor programs—ranging from school field trips and early years exploration to community nature walks and youth leadership initiatives—the Centre creates meaningful, hands-on experiences in one of the city’s most ecologically significant spaces. With a strong focus on accessibility, inclusion, and environmental stewardship, the Centre helps participants build a deeper relationship with nature while also honoring the cultural and ecological heritage of the land. Guided by a commitment to sustainability and collaboration, the High Park Nature Centre is a place where curiosity grows, community thrives, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors begins.
