Join the Centre for Suicide Prevention for the 9th Annual Run for Life, a hybrid awareness and fundraising event taking place from September 6–13, 2026.
Participants can complete any physical activity virtually from anywhere or attend the signature Calgary gathering at North Glenmore Park on Sunday, September 13. The in-person event includes a one-kilometre memorial walk, a casual five-kilometre run, opening remarks, a warm-up stretch, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with other participants.
Run for Life brings individuals, families, workplaces, and communities together to remember loved ones, encourage meaningful conversations, and increase awareness of suicide prevention. Participants can walk, run, cycle, hike, or choose another activity that is meaningful to them.
Registration fees and fundraising proceeds support the Centre for Suicide Prevention’s education, training, awareness, and prevention work.
