Join the annual Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women and help support life-changing mental health programs for women across Canada. Whether you choose to run, walk, or roll, your participation and fundraising efforts directly contribute to expanding access to critical mental healthcare services in local communities.
In support of Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services and other participating mental health organizations nationwide, the event helps fund innovative programs, virtual care initiatives, research, and specialized support services focused on women’s mental health. These programs address areas such as trauma and abuse, reproductive mental health, refugee mental health, and medical psychiatry.
Since 2013, participants across 18 Canadian communities have helped raise more than $23 million to strengthen local mental health services and improve access to care for thousands of women each year. Every dollar raised stays within participating communities to provide support, resources, and treatment for those who need it most.
