Candy Cane Gala 2026 is the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation’s annual charity gala in Calgary, taking place on November 27, 2026, at BMO Centre at Stampede Park. This festive fundraising event brings families, friends, community leaders and supporters together to help advance health care for children and families across Alberta.
The evening features entertainment, food stations, a silent auction, raffle opportunities and the popular KidZone, with activities designed for guests of all ages. Guests can also enjoy a special presentation highlighting the impact of community support on children and families who rely on care at Alberta Children’s Hospital.
Candy Cane Gala supports the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation’s work to advance child health, including research, innovation, equipment and patient and family care. The event’s silent auction alone raises more than $100,000 each year, adding to the impact of this signature annual fundraiser.
The 2026 gala invites guests to step into a fairytale-inspired evening with the theme “Once Upon a Time.” Whether attending with family, friends or colleagues, guests can celebrate the holiday season while helping create better health outcomes and brighter futures for children and families in Alberta.
