Evening of Hope 2026 is Lung Cancer Canada’s annual fundraising event in Toronto held during Lung Cancer Awareness Month. The national event brings together people living with lung cancer, caregivers, health-care professionals, advocates, volunteers and supporters to honour lives affected by the disease and build hope for the future.
The Evening of Hope is more than a charity event. It is an evening of remembrance, resilience and connection that recognizes those who have been lost to lung cancer, celebrates people living with and beyond the disease, and highlights the importance of continued action.
Funds raised through the event help fuel Lung Cancer Canada’s work supporting the lung cancer community through advocacy, research, education, awareness and patient and caregiver support. Lung Cancer Canada emphasizes that lung cancer remains underfunded and affected by significant stigma, making community engagement and fundraising an important part of advancing change.
The 2026 Evening of Hope is expected to be part of Lung Cancer Awareness Month in November. Additional information about event dates, participating cities, venues and registration will be announced by Lung Cancer Canada.
