About Music for Life 2026
Music for Life 2026 is Dixon Hall Music School’s annual charity gala and fundraising event in Toronto. The 2026 benefit gala takes place on November 12, 2026, at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. More than 400 guests are expected to attend an evening featuring student performances, dinner and fundraising in support of accessible music education for children and youth.
What Does Music for Life Support?
Music for Life raises funds to support Dixon Hall Music School’s accessible music education programs. The school provides affordable music lessons, instrument rentals and other music programming for children and youth, helping make music education available to families regardless of their financial circumstances.
For 48 years, Dixon Hall Music School has provided an accessible and creative environment where children and youth can develop musical skills, build confidence and discover opportunities for personal growth. Its programs serve young people in Toronto’s Downtown East community and help address barriers associated with poverty, inequity and limited access to arts education.
Why Is Music for Life a Fundraising Event?
Music for Life is an important annual Toronto fundraising event that helps Dixon Hall Music School keep music education affordable and accessible. Funds raised through the gala support music lessons, instrument rentals and comprehensive music programming for children and youth.

The event is for guests 19 years of age and older.
