About Hospice Wellington
Hospice Wellington is a Guelph-based end-of-life care charity supporting people with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Wellington County. It provides palliative support, a residential hospice, grief and bereavement services, caregiver support, and integrated wellness programs like art and music therapy.
Hospice Wellington has grown from a community-driven idea into a partially Ontario Health-funded hospice serving the entire county with compassionate, home-like end-of-life care.
