Black Aviation Professionals Network (BAPN)

The Black Aviation Professionals Network (BAPN) is a Canada-based non-profit committed to inspiring, developing, and empowering a diverse aviation community. Through networking, industry-led workshops, mentorship programs, career expos, and opportunities to connect with professionals across the country and abroad, BAPN helps individuals build meaningful careers in aviation and aerospace. The organization also works to address systemic and economic barriers that Black Canadians face in the industry, promote inclusivity, and support the next generation of aviation enthusiasts through outreach, scholarships, and community-focused programs.
