We won’t stop until there is a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes and myeloproliferative neoplasms and are able to improve the quality of life of people affected by blood cancers and their families by funding life-enhancing research and providing educational resources, services and support.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a national health charity supporting individuals and families affected by blood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes and myeloproliferative neoplasms. The organization, whose story began in Toronto in 1955, funds Canadian research, provides information and emotional and practical support, and advocates for equitable, timely access to treatment and cancer care. Today, LLSC serves communities across Canada, where more than 155,000 people are living with or in remission from one of 137 types of blood cancer.
