Communities where all abilities are embraced and valued.
VOI is a Manitoba-based charitable organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and inclusive lives within their communities. Through person-centred services and supports, VOI helps individuals build skills, develop relationships, pursue employment opportunities, and participate fully in community life.

These include Day and Employment Services that help individuals develop life skills, gain work experience, and pursue meaningful employment opportunities. VOI also provides Residential Services that offer safe, supportive living environments while encouraging independence and personal growth.
