The 22nd Annual Walk for Suicide Awareness brings the Durham Region community together to remember loved ones, support those affected by suicide, and raise awareness around mental health. Hosted by Lakeridge Health Foundation, this annual walk encourages connection, compassion, and conversations that help reduce stigma.

Following the walk, participants are invited to gather for lunch, hear from guest speakers, and take part in raffle draws as the community comes together in support and remembrance.

Funds raised through the event support Lakeridge Health’s work to improve access to mental health programs, resources, and care for individuals and families across the region.
