If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify CharityAxess. CharityAxess reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to misuse, unauthorized transfers, or failure to comply with the responsibilities outlined herein. Charity Axess is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such use results from our negligence.

CharityAxess.com offers various membership packages that require payment online. By selecting a membership package, you agree to the following payment terms:

● Pricing: The prices for each membership package are listed on the website. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the price applicable at the time of checkout.
● Payment Method: Payments can only be made via credit card. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the credit card provided.
● Payment Due: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. If your payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, you will not gain access to the membership services.
