About Kids Help Phone
Kids Help Phone is Canada’s free, 24/7, confidential e-mental health service for youth. It offers phone, text and online chat support — including professional counselling, volunteer-led crisis response, self-help resources, and peer community. It helps young people navigate mental health, relationships, identity, stress and crisis — anonymously and in multiple languages.
