Fresh Start Recovery has been helping individuals and families affected by addiction since 1992.

Through treatment, Recovery-Oriented Housing, outreach services, family support, alumni engagement, and community partnerships, we provide a continuum of care that extends far beyond treatment alone. We believe recovery is possible, and we recognize that lasting recovery is strengthened through connection, accountability, purpose, and community.

Serving communities across Alberta from locations in Calgary and Lethbridge, Fresh Start supports hundreds of individuals each year as they rebuild their lives and reconnect with family, employment, housing, and community.

Our purpose is to provide solutions to save lives, rebuild families, and strengthen communities. That starts by meeting people where they are, often in the hardest moments of their lives. From there, we walk with them through recovery, helping them rebuild what has been lost and reconnect to what matters most.

Recovery does not follow a straight line. It takes connection, accountability, and a community willing to walk alongside people while they find their way. Ensuring that no one has to navigate this path alone is central to who we are.
