About March of Dimes Canada
March of Dimes Canada is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live fully and independently. With a history spanning more than 70 years, the organization works to advance equity and remove barriers so individuals can participate in all aspects of life on their own terms.
Serving more than eight million Canadians with disabilities, March of Dimes Canada delivers a wide range of programs and services that support people at home, in the workplace, and within their communities. Its work is shaped by the voices and experiences of those it serves, along with their families and caregivers.
Originally formed during the fight against polio, the organization has evolved into a leader in disability services and advocacy. Today, it continues to drive meaningful change by working alongside partners and communities to create a more inclusive society where people with disabilities can thrive.
