About Food Bank of Waterloo Region
The Food Bank of Waterloo Region is a Waterloo region food security charity supporting individuals and families facing hunger. It obtains and distributes essential food through community food hampers, meal programs, and food and fund drives run with local donors and partners. Founded over 40 years ago, the organization serves more than 72,500 people across the region and distributed 9.6 million pounds of food and 199,000+ hampers in the past year alone.
